Have you ever tried typing your last name in the search engine only to find that someone has displayed your picture without your permission or said something to damage your reputation on the world wide web?.
People are getting sued every day for situations like this, and web host are shutting down websites but not as fast as people are putting them up. It would seem that anyone can make a website and post almost anything they want on it without any consequences... Or so they think!
There are laws and guidelines that a person must follow before using pictures on their websites for personal gain whether it is public or not. Know your rights. They must have your authorization.
Perhaps someone should tell the Big Wigs at the Justice Center that it is unlawful to post a person's picture online without their consent.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Just because a person is charged with a crime, it does not mean they are guilty. They must be convicted by a judge or a jury of their peers. The owners of this site, and others like it, can hitch hike off well known web sites like Google, Face Book, Twitter, and Blog-spot. They generate traffic from these sites so that as many people as possible can view the mugshots of any person they want.
Imagine finding an old friend on Facebook only to have them tell you that they clicked on link that showed them your mugshot. What would happen if a potential employer googled your name and found out that you were charged with a crime even though you may not have been convicted? Or what if you are trying to turn your life around but an old mugshot suddenly resurfaces and throws a wrench in your plans?
You should find out if your mugshot has been posted and you can report this site to the news or take civil action. It will take time but it is definitely worth the price if you want to protect yourself and your future!
